Technology only pays off when the people using it know what to do. Most organizations have more capability than they use, and most preventable incidents come down to someone not knowing the safe way to do something ordinary. We deliver training in your own environment, using your systems and your examples, so it sticks in a way that generic slide decks and annual click-through courses never do. That covers security awareness for everyone, hands-on operational training for technical teams, practical AI literacy, and the handover work that lets your team own what we build together.
Get StartedYour people are both your biggest risk and your best defense. We deliver awareness training that is engaging and relevant rather than a dull slide deck, including simulated phishing, guidance tailored to specific roles, and practice at recognizing and reporting threats. It satisfies the training requirement in most insurance policies and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on sessions in your own environment covering how your systems are actually built, how to make changes safely, how to read your monitoring, what the on-call basics are, and where the cost levers sit. Aimed at the people who have inherited a system and need to run it with confidence.
Practical training on what these tools are genuinely good and bad at, how to get useful results, how to check output you cannot verify at a glance, and what must never be pasted into an outside service. We pair it with a written acceptable-use policy so the rules are clear and enforceable rather than assumed.
The training that makes an engagement stick. Architecture walkthroughs, written runbooks for the tasks your team will actually perform, and working sessions where your people do the work while we are still there to answer questions. We would rather leave you able to operate without us.
ECG keeps the service mix tied to the actual environment, operating model, and business pressure.
Phishing simulation, role-based modules, reporting drills, and completion tracking
Environment walkthroughs, safe-change practice, monitoring, and on-call basics
Practical use, output verification, data handling rules, and acceptable-use policy
Risk, spend, and roadmap sessions written for non-technical decision makers
Written procedures, architecture guides, and onboarding material for new hires
Working sessions where your team operates the system while we are still available
We find out what your team already knows, what they are being asked to do, and where the gap between those two is causing problems. We also check what training you are obligated to deliver for insurance or compliance reasons.
We build a curriculum around your systems and your real scenarios, with separate tracks where they are warranted: leadership, general staff, and technical teams need genuinely different material.
We run the sessions, on-site or remote, keeping them hands-on and short enough to hold attention. Technical sessions are worked in your environment, not on a sample project.
We leave behind documentation, runbooks, and onboarding material so new hires get the same grounding, and set a refresh cadence so the training does not decay into a once-a-year formality.

Both. Security awareness and leadership sessions work well remotely. Hands-on technical enablement and handover work usually go better in person, or at least with everyone in the same room, because the useful questions come up while people are doing the work.
In most cases yes. Cyber insurance policies and frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and CMMC require documented security awareness training, and we provide completion records and materials you can produce as evidence. We check the exact wording of your specific requirement first rather than assuming.
That is much of the work. Security awareness, AI literacy, and leadership briefings are written for people whose job is not technology, using plain language and examples from their actual work. We do not use jargon as a substitute for explanation.
Awareness training is usually short and repeated rather than long and annual, because that is what actually changes behavior. Technical enablement is typically a series of half-day working sessions. We would rather run five focused sessions than one exhausting day nobody retains.
You keep the materials, the runbooks, and the recordings where we made them. We are available for refreshers, onboarding new team members, and follow-up questions, but the point of the engagement is that you do not need us for the day-to-day.
